Windows Defender Offline in Build 14271

With Build 14271, Microsoft has integrated Windows Defender Offline directly into Windows. In the past, you had to download and boot it manually. With this change, it’s easier to do offline scans.

Windows Defender Offline allows you to scan your PC while Windows isn’t running. It boots into a minimal system which automatically initiates a Windows Defender scan.
Once that scan has finished, you’ll be automatically rebooted into your normal system. A scan report would be a very nice addition.

I’m curious if Microsoft adds the offline scan as an option to the recovery menu which appears when your PC is unable to boot.
